The Dobbin House Tavern
Rev. Alexander Dobbin built this house during the American Revolution and had 10 children. He built the home as a school that descendants used as a safe house on the underground railway. Employees there often hear the sounds of children playing long after the dining has closed. If you know where and when to look you will see the very distinct profile silhouette of President Lincoln who passed in front of the house on his way to make his famous speech.
